      <inclusion_criteria>inclusionl criteria: age 18 to 65 years, having 7-8.5 mm endotracheal tube, connected to a volume mode ventilator for a minimum of 48 hours, stable hemodynamic status (mean arterial pressure between 110 to 60 mm Hg, heart rate of less than 110 beats per minute and arterial oxygen saturation greater than 90% of the activity in the absence of oxygen ventilator (Fio2) is less than 60 percent), lack of a chest tube, no chest surgery or injuries, no rib fractures, pneumothorax,embolism, subcutaneous emphysema  metastatic cancers, no burns, skin grafts and reconstructive surgery of the chest,no spine Fusion, pregnancy, obesity (body mass index (BMI)&gt; 30) and no use of cardiac pacemakers,sever scoliosis , unstable chest, absence abscess or cysts of the lung, report of chest x-ray of infiltration, atelectasis, no history of lung disease, according to records and having a score of -4 or -5 based on criteria Richmond (RASS). Exclusion criteria :  mucolytic and muscle paralysis drugs, start, stop, or change the bronchodilator medications during the study, changes in the configuration of mechanical ventilation during the study period ,received endotracheal suctioning in less than an hour, closed suction system, severe bronchospasm, increased brain pressure based on The doctor diagnose, and vascular fragility (petechiae, purpura and ecchymosis).</inclusion_criteria>
