      <hc_freetext>Rheumatoid arthritis.</hc_freetext>
      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Patients in the 5 groups of 7 were divided. Pilates exercise 14 one-hour sessions over 3 months on the basis of the protocol and the relevant instructions directly to conduct two intervention groups specializing in physical education in separate groups for men and women was conducted. Each session lasted for an hour. This time includes 10 minutes of warm up exercises before Pilates techniques, 40 minutes of Pilates exercises (with a gradual increase to 20 minutes) and finally cooling was 10 minutes.All exercises with the principle of progressive overload in the number of repetitions and duration of each movement held during the 14th session of the training program was designed. First, the number of repetitions of 3 motion Pilates exercises in the context of each subject and gradually increased up to 10 moves. The length of each of the first 15 seconds to start and gradually increased to 1 minute .(Meeting include: first and second practice session Hundred . Third and fourth practice sessions Clam. fifth and sixth session practice Twist. seventh and eighth session practice Scissor . ninth and tenth session  practice Kick. eleven and twelve session practice Circle .       <inclusion_criteria>Inclusion criteria:Aged 18 to 50 years , diagnosed by a rheumatologist rheumatoid arthritis , at least literacy , physical and cognitive ability to participate in exercise , personal satisfaction and conscious , active phase of the disease.Exclusion criteria: The absence of more than one session , having comorbidities ( heart , lung and mental disorders ) , having osteoarthritis or other inflammatory diseases of the joints.</inclusion_criteria>
