(1)Objectives: Varying Protein Supplement Effect on the Growth Criteria and Maturation of Immune System in very low birth weight infants .
(2) Design:This study was a randomize trail and doubl blind on the preterm infant(w<1500 ,GA<32 w)admitted in NICU. target sample size was 30 in 3 equal groups.group A(intervention 1),group B(intervention 2) and group c(control group)
(3) Setting and conduct: In special volume of breast milk protein supplement with varreing special doses added to breast milk and studing weight(daily), head circumference and length(weekly),WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte ,IgG ,IgM and IgA(pre and post of study).
(4) Participants including major eligibility criteria:Enclusion criteria containing Preterm infant with w<1500 gr and gestational age<32 weeks that admit in NICU (hajar hospital) from desember 2015 until may 2016 to feed whit riched milk by fortified. Exclusion criteria containing congenital malformations,NEC,major surjery, intera uteriane infections,koromosomal disorders and sepsis.
(5) Intervention:Added protein supplement powder whit varying dose to breast milk in studding infants.
(6) main outcome measures :Growth criteria contain weight,head circumference and length and immune system development criteria contain WBC, neutrophile, lymphocyte,IgG,IgM and IgA were primary and BUN and PH were secondary outcome variables.
