Intervention 1: Intervention group: during a one-month period in three sessions per week, low level laser therapy will be administered on totally 9 contact points (near stylomastoid foramen and route of facial nerve branches) for one minute, by low level laser diode with wavelength of 980 nm, frequency of 100 Hz and 5J energy density. Intervention 2: Control group: no intervention will be administered.
