Intervention 1: Intervention group: dynamic thoracic stabilization exercise, eighteen training sessions during 6 consecutive weeks, three times per week, 30 or 40 minutes per session including: Twenty minutes for receiving hot pack and TENS and 20 minutes for training the exercises. Intervention 2: Control group: lumbar stabilization exercise, eighteen training sessions during 6 consecutive weeks, three times per week, 30 or 40 minutes per session including: Twenty minutes for receiving hot pack and TENS and 20 minutes for training the exercises. M54.9 Dorsalgia, unspecified Rehabilitation Rehabilitation Intervention group: dynamic thoracic stabilization exercise, eighteen training sessions during 6 consecutive weeks, three times per week, 30 or 40 minutes per session including: Twenty minutes for receiving hot pack and TENS and 20 minutes for training the exercises Control group: lumbar stabilization exercise, eighteen training sessions during 6 consecutive weeks, three times per week, 30 or 40 minutes per session including: Twenty minutes for receiving hot pack and TENS and 20 minutes for training the exercises Trunk muscles activity.
