      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Treatment, Randomization description: Randomization was performed using a Balanced Block method, in which we designed four blocks of available probabilities, so that in each block, two were from the MET group and two from the WBV group, and the number of possible probabilities was 6. Then, using Excel we created a list of numbers from 1 to 6 and arranged the blocks according to the list of numbers.</study_design>
