Symptoms positive for patellofemoral pain syndrome.
Positive Clarke's Test
Positive for provocative tests: patellar tracking, crepitus, J sign.
Patients with grade-I Osteoarthritis</inclusion_criteria>

Any Infection –Tuberculosis.
Inflammation around the knee.
Tumors around the knee.
Rheumatoid Arthritis, trauma, ligamentous injury.
