      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Treatment, Randomization description: The patients will randomly assign into 3 groups of only MET , only ESWT and combination of MET and ESWT . Randomization will performed using sealed, randomly filled envelopes describing the treatment groups. We prepare three envelopes, in each of which one of the three methods is written.</study_design>

      <hc_freetext>Activetrigger points in upper trapezuis muscle.</hc_freetext>
      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group A-  only Muscle energy techniques- in this group muscle energy technique will apply on the upper trapezious. ّFirst upper trapezious will put in stretch position and then its antagonist muscle is down 10 seconds isometric contraction.after 20 seconds relaxation,upper trapezious will be stretched again. This technique will do 3 times in 3 sessions. Intervention 2: Intervention group B:  only shock wave- shock wave prob will put on active trigger points of the upper trapezious and mechanical stimulation with 2000 Bar pressure will apply for one minutes. his technique will do 3 times in 3 sessions. Intervention 3: Intervention group C: Combination of Muscle energy techniques and shock wave- Muscle energy technique will apply on the upper trapezious. ّFirst upper trapezious will put in stretch position and then its antagonist muscle is down 10 seconds isometric contraction.after 20 seconds relaxation,upper trapezious will be stretched again. Presence of a nodule in upper trapezius muscle.
Presence of 1 to 3 trigger point in one side.</inclusion_criteria>
