Patients were randomly distributed to two groups with use of lottery method of randomization. Group A: Patients treating with sacroiliac joint Manipulation, core stability exercises and heating pad. Group B: Patients treating with Mulligan Mobilization, core stability exercises and heating pad, Blinding description: This study was a double blinded Randomized Clinical Trial. The patients and outcome assessor were blinded about the allocation of the groups. while the physiotherapist were not blinded. 1 SACROILIAC JOINT DYSFUNCTION. Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients treating with sacroiliac joint Manipulation, core stability exercises and heating pad.
