<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Double blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Treatment, Randomization description: In this study, we will use the block randomization method. Samples (68 patients) by random block method with blocks of 4 and 8 including 34 participants in two treatment groups, intervention group 1 with 34 participants and in intervention group 2 Also, with 34 participants, will be identified using a table of random numbers extracted from the relevant software. Matching will be done then based on the obtained blocks and the sequence of drug allocation in the operating room will be injected to the people. This study is a double-blind study, Blinding description: The drugs are prepared by an anesthesiologist who does not know how to perform the study and is delivered to the anesthesiologist in the operating room. Recovery will not give them any information and thus the patient, recovery nurse and inpatient ward, and data analyzer will be referred to the blind study.</study_design>
