      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Using an ultrasound device (ALPINION E-CUBE9 with 3-12 Mhz linear probe.ALPINION medical system.Seoul.South Korea), a hydrodissection injection of 5 cc of 5% dextrose water and 1 cc of triamcinolone is administered without local anesthesia using an inplane approach from the ulnar side to release the median nerve from the surrounding tissue. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Median nerve release surgery is performed with a 2.5 cm long incision 1.5 cm distal to the forearm along the fourth finger.</i_freetext>
