Willingness and ability to participate in all stages of the research protocol 18 years 29 years Male Rehabilitation Rehabilitation Intervention group: Receive PNF stretching for two weeks, two sessions per week Intervention group: Receive MET stretching for two weeks, two sessions per week People with hamstring tightness.
