Blinding: The patients will be aware of the type of intervention. However, the examiner who will examine the patients will be someone else who will not be aware of the intervention. Therefore, the trial will be run as single blind. 2 Cerebral palsy. Intervention 1: a two hour educational session for caregivers who will care the children cerebral pals plus receiving routine care. Intervention 2: only receiving routine care.
