This research is a non-randomized controlled quasi- experimental study to determine the effect of education on nurses on the proper use of physical inhibitors in an intensive care unit that is done just before and after an intervention group and will be compared with a control group in Beheshti hospital of Babol and Imam Khomeini hospital of Sari. After obtaining permission from the ethics committee of mazandaran university of medical sciences , Demographic questionnaire and forms to collect information will be given to each nurse on each shift. Then , on each unit, for the number of nurses will be completed and rate of usage of physical inhibitors and its correct and incorrect cases will be calculated and recorded. This study will be continued until the number of 51 nurses in the intervention group before and after education and the number of 51 people in the control group will be completed in three shifts , morning , evening and night.
The interval between the end of training and beginning of the study in the intervention group and collection information of educational intervention by the researcher will be presented during a four-hour session. Then , the pamphlet with educational content will be provide. After 15 days a review will be carried out.
