The aim of this study was to determine the effect of supportive nursing intervention on pain and anxiety in patients with acute coronary syndrome on admission to the intensive care heart unit.This study was a clinical trial on 74 patients admitted in the Cardiac Care Unit in Sabzevar Vaseei Hospital will be done. after a random sampling will enter into two intervention and control groups.For both groups at the beginning of the CCU and four hours of admission, Beck Anxiety Inventory, numeric pain scale is completed.But in the experimental group after the measure anxiety and pain, will be supportive nursing intervention. Finally, four hours later, anxiety and pain will be measured and compared.
