Design
This is a before-after interventional study performed in 97-98 educational year on Health Care Services Management students and we'll count all of them.
Settings and conduct
This is a before-after interventional study performed in 97-98 educational year on Health Care Services Management students and we'll count all of them in two main phases. In First phase we chech the validity and reliability of study questionnaires and in Second phase we conduct educational intervention consists of professionalism principles, moral reasoning and reflection basics. Teaching methods are lecture, case base learning and reflection. students' evaluation will be performed by related questionnaires one and four weeks after educational intervention.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
BSc students of Health Care Services Management which have passed Internship 2
Intervention groups
We'll conduct educational intervention in second phase of the study consists of professionalism principles, moral reasoning and reflection basics. Teaching methods are lecture, case base learning and reflection. students' evaluation will be performed by related questionnaires one and four weeks after educational intervention.

Description
Intervention group: First of all pre test should be conducted. then the educational intervention will be performed in at least three sessions of 90 minutes via lecture, case base learning and reflection methods which will be taught by assistance of medical ethics and health care services management experts. in lecture method we consider basics and principals of professionalism, reasoning stages, the meaning of reflection and their challenges according to the selected case problem. in case base learning method, the case which is a managerial moral dilemma will be discussed and we ask the students to analyze that in small groups and share the results. then in group discussion reasoning details will be discussed in a larger group and in next step we'll ask the students to answer the reflection questions according to the Gibbs's reflection model which in starting sessions is group reflection and then becomes self reflection. at last post test evaluation will be done with related questionnaires in 1 week and 1 month after intervention.
