The effects of paravertebral and abdominal kinesio taiping on hyperlordosis in people with lumbar hyperlodosis combined with non-specific low back pain.
This single centre, randomized; controlled clinical trial as a pilot study on patients with chronic non-specific low back pain and lumbar hyperlordosis that will go to Clinic of the semnan University of Medical Sciences will be carried out.
Full consent to participate in this study, aged between 20 and 40 years, lumbar lordosis angle greater than 40 degrees and having chronic non-specific low back pain are a condition of entry to the study.
Lesions of the musculoskeletal injury, previous surgery of the spine, structural disturbance in the spine (such as scoliosis) and organs (such as short limbs), pregnancy, body mass index )BMI( equal to or greater than 30 kg per square meter, severe spinal pathology such as herniated disc, spinal fractures, tumors, cancer, and arthritis are the exclusion criteria.
The study will be conducted on 60 people. Type of intervention include abdominal and vertebral muscles taping for a month and one-month follow-up.
This research aims at identifying effective treatment for hyper lordosis in order to increase patient satisfaction and improve the outcome of other related treatments will be done.
