Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Metabolic syndrome according to IDF criteria
Inclusion criteria: having a history of cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney failure, kidney, alcohol and smoking, pregnant women, taking probiotic or vitamin D supplements in the last three months

Intervention groups
